Renate Hechenberger, Lagergasse 44, 8020 Graz, Austria<\/span><\/p>\n \u2013 hereinafter referred to as the Provider \u2013<\/span><\/p>\n These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all offers and services provided by Renate Hechenberger, in particular to 1:1 sessions, Power Talks, digital content (e.g. e-books), use of the learning platform, as well as retreats (if offered).<\/span><\/p>\n A contractual relationship is established by written agreement via email. By confirming the booking, you acknowledge and accept these GTC.<\/span><\/p>\n The services offered are directed at individuals and are described in detail individually. The prices valid at the time of booking apply. All prices are stated in euros.<\/span><\/p>\n Payment is made by bank transfer or via PayPal. Full payment must be received before the start of the service.<\/p>\n You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving reasons, except in the case of the purchase of digital products (e.g. e-books) that are made available immediately after purchase \u2014 in this case the right of withdrawal does not apply.<\/p>\n Individual sessions (1:1) are part of a booked package. They may be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start; in this case a new appointment will be agreed. In the case of later cancellations or repeated no-shows, the session will lapse without replacement.<\/p>\n Refunds are excluded. In cases of serious illness or other unforeseen circumstances that make participation impossible, a fair solution will be found in consultation.<\/p>\n By booking a package, you explicitly acknowledge these conditions.<\/p>\n All digital content, including texts, PDFs, audio and video materials, is protected by copyright. With purchase you receive a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal purposes. Any reproduction, distribution or publication without prior written consent is prohibited and may result in legal action.<\/span><\/p>\n Access to the learning platform (if included in the service) is limited to the agreed duration of the booked package. Access is personal and must not be shared.<\/span><\/p>\n The services offered serve personal and professional development. They do not replace medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment. Liability for any consequences arising from the application of the provided content is excluded, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.<\/span><\/p>\n If individual provisions of these GTC are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Changes to the GTC will be communicated by email. Objection must be made within four weeks; otherwise the changes are deemed accepted.<\/p>\n 10.1 Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.<\/span><\/p>\n 10.2 For all disputes arising from the contractual relationship and these GTC, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Provider in Graz.<\/span><\/p>\n 10.3 The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) at http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/<\/span><\/p>\n 11.1 The Provider reserves the right to amend the GTC at any time without stating reasons. The amended terms will be sent to clients by email at least four weeks before they come into effect, highlighting the amended passages. Clients will be specifically informed of the significance of the period and the legal consequences.<\/span><\/p>\n 11.2 If the client does not object to the validity of the new GTC within four weeks of receipt, the amended GTC shall be deemed accepted.
