Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded..

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Renate Hechenberger of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example by email or letter.

You may use the attached Model Withdrawal Form for this purpose, but use of this form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your statement before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will generally use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional costs as a result of the reimbursement.

Commencement of Services During the Withdrawal Period

If you have expressly requested that the agreed service begin during the 14-day withdrawal period and subsequently withdraw from the contract within that period, you must pay an appropriate proportionate amount for the services already provided up to the time of withdrawal.

This amount is calculated in proportion to the services already provided in relation to the total scope of the service agreed under the contract.

The right of withdrawal for a service expires before the end of the 14-day period only if the service has been fully performed and you have previously expressly requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract, provided that the applicable statutory requirements are met.
