Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for private purposes – i.e., not in the course of a commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments we have received from you,including any delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from special delivery requests), no later than fourteen days after receipt of your withdrawal notice.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund..
Note on the early expiry of the right of withdrawal
If you order digital content (e.g., an e-book) and expressly agree at the time of purchase that performance of the contract will begin before the withdrawal period has expired, and you confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, your right of withdrawal expires prematurely..
