Stop adapting. Leave the form.
Die eigene Macht bewohnen.
A first step toward seeing clearly what is actually holding a decision in place.

What happens when the form that made you successful has become too small for the woman you are now?
zu klein für die Frau geworden ist, die Sie inzwischen sind?
The system has not only shaped you.
It has made you successful.
I call this structure the trellis. Women grow within it like trained fruit trees.
They learn to read political dynamics, hold conflicting interests together, carry responsibility and remain capable of acting under pressure.
These abilities have taken you far.
But at some point, the very form in which you became successful can begin to limit your own authority.
Loyalties, expectations and power structures continue to determine how far you are actually allowed to go. Often long after you have outgrown that form.
You know what’s needed.
But the system rewards women as long as they remain effective within the form it has prescribed.
Those who move beyond it risk belonging, recognition, influence or position.
Your power does not come from your role.
It begins when you stop adapting your authority to the limits of the system.

Your power does not come from your role.
Sie beginnt dort, wo Sie aufhören, Ihre Autorität
an die Grenzen des Systems anzupassen.

Orchard Letters
With the Orchard Letters, I open a space for thought every two weeks for women who no longer want to grow on the trellis.
I write about female power, inner authority, and the forms in which women are allowed to succeed, as long as they remain acceptable to the system and do not fundamentally challenge the existing order.
The Orchard Letters reveal where loyalties, expectations and power structures restrict a woman’s room to act, and what it takes to lead and decide from her own authority.
They draw on my international leadership experience and my work with women in positions of significant responsibility.
👉 The Orchard Letters are published every two weeks in German on my Blog. and as
a newsletter on LinkedIn Orchard Letters.
