I use generative AI (e.g. ChatGPT, DALL·E) as a creative sparring partner in text work, strategic reflection and 1:1 processes — always in line with ethical principles, data protection and personal integrity. For me, AI is not a substitute for human depth, but a conscious partner in dialogue with language, awareness and the future.
