Is there a fixed curriculum?
No. There is no pre-fabricated concept.
Your journey begins with a real conversation — and unfolds from the inside out.

Whether you hike barefoot or fly first class — what matters is this:

I work with CEOs who are vegetarian, yoginis with stock portfolios, and mothers with sharp minds and sharp humour.

Can I combine this with my everyday life?
Yes. This is not about adding tasks to your schedule.

Do you offer yoga, breathwork, or body-oriented methods?
No. I do not work through body-oriented therapy.
My work is rooted in consciousness: presence, focus, inner clarity, decisive action.
If you practice yoga or similar – wonderful. It can complement the process, but it’s not required.
What matters here is cultivating precision, integrity, and real impact – beyond methods and tools.
And no, you don’t need to be vegan or dance barefoot in the forest to belong here.
What you do need: depth – and the willingness to truly remember who you are.
Is this work a form of therapy?
No. I am not a therapist.
This work does not replace psychological or medical treatment.
I work with conscious, responsible women who stand in their power — and want to deepen their inner leadership.
We go deep, yes – but not to analyse or diagnose.
We go deep to bring forth what is already whole within you.
It’s about remembering who you are — and how you want to lead.
Do I need to come to Graz for this work?
No. We can work fully online via Zoom — no travel required.
If you wish, you may join me in Graz for selected elements such as the optional VIP Day – in an exclusive, confidential setting.
Do you also work in English? I live and work internationally.
Yes, absolutely. I have worked internationally for over 30 years — including in Asia, the Middle East, and across Europe.
For many of my clients, English is often the language in which they can express themselves most clearly — professionally or spiritually.
The entire cycle of work can take place in German or English — or flow naturally between both languages.
We choose what serves you best.
