This space is not specialist consulting.

In einem ersten Gespräch lernen wir einander kennen und sprechen darüber, was Sie zu mir führt. Gemeinsam schauen wir, ob und in welcher Form eine Zusammenarbeit für Sie sinnvoll ist.
Der Power Talk ist unverbindlich. Sie müssen sich weder vorbereiten noch bereits wissen, welchen Rahmen Sie benötigen

Was Sie mir anvertrauen, bleibt zwischen uns.
Sie können offen sprechen, ohne Rücksicht auf Erwartungen, Loyalitäten oder mögliche Reaktionen Ihres Umfelds nehmen zu müssen.
Was Vertraulichkeit für unsere Zusammenarbeit bedeutet
Alles, was Sie mit mir teilen, behandle ich vertraulich. Ihre Erfahrungen gebe ich nicht weiter und verwende sie auch nicht anonymisiert als Beispiele oder für Veröffentlichungen.
Ich halte bewusst Abstand zu Ihrem beruflichen und privaten Umfeld. Ohne Ihre ausdrückliche Zustimmung nehme ich keinen Kontakt zu Personen aus Ihrem Umfeld auf.
Aufzeichnungen und schriftliche Dokumentationen entstehen nur nach vorheriger Absprache. Auf Wunsch können wir eine gesonderte Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarung (NDA) abschließen.
